The day of Ukraine's fundamental law — about the right to be yourself, speak your language and sing your songs. That's what the festival is about too.
On 28 June Ukraine marks Constitution Day — the day in 1996 when the country adopted its fundamental law.
For us it's not just a date on the calendar. The Constitution is about the right to be yourself, to speak your language, to sing your songs. That's exactly what our festival is about.
Pulse of Nation grew from a simple idea: where Ukrainian sounds, freedom lives. A nation is held together not only by its borders, but by its culture — by what we pass on to one another.
In a few weeks, on the eve of Independence Day, we'll gather in Prague and Warsaw. It will be our way of saying: we are here, we create, we sound.
Happy Constitution Day.
